We inform you that actual shipping date is different from the date you receive shipping e-mail.
The shipping company currently does not collect packages on the order date if its delivery date is more than 2 days later than order date.
This is because of excessive number of delivery all over Japan.
And the shipping number won't be available on their system until your order is collected.
For example, if your order is created on 4/26 and you select the delivery date on 4/30,
it will be shipped 1 - 2 days before the delivery date. (4/28 or 4/29)
So you will receive shipping e-mail on 4/26, but your shipping number will be available on actual shipping date.
Because our system does not correspond to this kind of irregular issue, once shipping data is dealt with, it sends the shipping e-mail automatically.
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.
Also, due to this issue, you cannot change the delivery date to earlier date after you place your order.
Please select delivery date carefully.
