Warranty Support (Repair / Replacement) - Exchange with other size or color
We are afraid that we do not send you a new one as EXCHANGE unless the item is defective.
When changing the size or color, please return your product by following the steps below and order the desired product again.
We accept free returns if the conditions are met.
If you are worried about the size, you can order multiple sizes and return the one that doesn't fit after you actually see it.

【Condition of Returning】
Before you return the items, please make sure to check those conditions below.
All the conditions have to be kept for return.
・Purchase outside official stores.
(We do not resell or wholesale.)
・Lost accessories (bags, tags, shoelaces, etc.)
・More than 365 days have passed since the product arrived.
・Used product (You can try it on indoors)
・The product tag has been cut.

※Because the tag type and the way it is attached varies depending on the product, tags for products other than clothing will be judged individually. Even if the above five conditions are met, we will accept returns for products that we have determined to be “returnable”.
