You can check your "shipment number" and "delivery status" from the "order shipment notification email" sent after the shipping is complete.
*It may take some time for the data to be reflected for the parcel tracking service. If the message "There is no parcel data registered" is displayed, please check again 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery date.
We regret that we are unable to make changes to orders that have already been prepared for shipment.
For inquiries and changes regarding delivery, we kindly ask customers contact the delivery company directly.(Needed information regarding delivery can be found in your shipping confirmation email.)
If you would like to specify next-day delivery or want delivery on a date that cannot be selected on the order screen, please contact the sales office in charge directly.
