We will refund to your credit card account.
- Please return your product to our return center (warehouse) as per the procedure in How to Return / Exchange. We do not notify you of our receipt of your return product.
- Within 14 business days after our inspection of the returned product, we will send you a refund confirmation email.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We will refund to your nominated bank account.
- Please return your product to our return center (warehouse) as per the procedure in How to Return / Exchange. We do not notify you of our receipt of your return product.
- Within 14 business days after our inspection of the returned product, we will send you an email asking your bank account details.
- We will send you a refund confirmation email when the bank transfer is completed. Bank transfer may take 1-2 weeks.
NP Atobarai (Konbini, Post office, Bank, LINE Pay)
We will refund to your nominated bank account after the NP Atobarai payment is completed.
- Please return your product to our return center (warehouse) as per the procedure in How to Return / Exchange. We do not notify you of our receipt of your return product.
- Within 14 business days after our inspection of the returned product, we will send you an email asking your bank account details, or asking your payment status.
- We will send you a refund confirmation email when the bank transfer is completed. Bank transfer may take 1-2 weeks.
